The purpose of this study is to examine the mechanism underpinning relationship between perceived supervisor support, organisational and service-oriented citizenship behaviour. data was collected from 250 flight attendants working in airline companies, structural equation model modelling using M-plus 7.0 employed test hypotheses. This research provides evidence for association psychological empowerment, affective commitment, Additionally, commitment were found mediate employees’ perceptions support their In addition contributing current literature, also suggests important implications managers practitioners airlines.
